How to start the day right? Of course, from the morning dose of smoothies! What could be better on a beautiful hot morning? Our smoothie consists of a lot of valuable ingredients that together create a delicious combination. In the evening of the previous day, we soak flax-seed, oat flakes (or in the morning we use leftovers from the previous day’s breakfast), dates and raisins. In the morning we add fresh fruit, spices such as carob, cocoa, coconopono, ginger, cinamon, etc. and of course lots of fresh plants and herbs (a few examples below), which are the main ingredient that gives our smoothie value. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly and this is how our morning miracle is created!
