For the time I have been in charge of the water in system. Interestingly right at the beginning there were some problems, so that I could learn how important this system is. The first day there was a leak in a pipe so the cysternas got really empty. This lead to a break of water for a few plants. The next day we wanted to keep up but actually the same spot we have repaired broke open again. So a learning is to really check if you worked correctly. We had even less water for the plants afterwards. I saw them hanging and felt so bad. I see how important it is to take care of this step and that it is one of the main steps in gardening in this type of landscape in summer. Otherwise plants die and this means that also food will not grow. Maybe it was a good start, otherwise I would not have understood the impact of this task.
