Ayurvedic restaurant

One day in Sofia, I found a restaurant called “Veda House”. This restaurant follows an Indian traditional cooking and healing approach, called Ayurvedic. They have many teas to try some from Japan, another group from China with many variations like black, white, green tea.

There is a gallery where the tables are close to the ground so you can sit on the floor. The music is mixtures of mantras.

Really recommend it, to try this approach of eating and the atmosphere.
