Lunch
The main goal here is to get every nutrition that is needed. There are 3 main categories: carbs, proteins, and fats. I’m also learning about vitamins, minerals, probiotics…
Every day someone has the task to cook. We check how much leftover food we have and try to make something new from it. Then we calculate how many people we are, to measure what is the amount that should have made. Important to use ingredients that are older to limit the out-throw food rate.
Here it’s also better to follow to „eat the lightest from the heaviest way”.
