Breakfast

For breakfast, we mainly make smoothie and pourage. The idea is always to eat from the lightest to the heaviest. This helps the digestion.

Smoothie:

For the smoothie, we are collecting herbs around the garden. There is always a „main” fruit that gives the base of it like figs, apples, or pears …. We use some seeds like chia. We can add cocoa, coconut powder, or cinnamon to make it sweeter. Dates are also a good option to make it tastier. Filling with water mixing it and ready to consume.

Pourage:

With hot water, we cook the oats giving them some dates, and here can also add cocoa or things like that. Not a big deal to make it, but this is a healthy option for breakfast.
